COVID-19 Procedures
We understand safety concerns for our high-risk clientele and want to take the time to let you know we are more than happy to accommodate any mask requests. We see many high-risk, immunocompromised, oncology, and post-operative patients and take your care and safety very seriously.
When booking, you will now have the option to request that your provider wear a mask. For online booking, after choosing your preferred service, there will be a pop-up “add-on” menu with the option to select this request.
We will still provide surgical masks at the front desk for your convenience, but as always, if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of sickness or have had a positive COVID-19 test, please reschedule your appointment immediately.
We continue to thoroughly disinfect rooms after every client, run medical-grade HEPA filters in each treatment room and lobby, and provide hand sanitizer throughout the space.
We hope these changes will ease those feeling uneasy about the mask mandate lifting and allow those who choose to forgo a mask to begin a new chapter of integration and somatic processing of the pandemic.
