Schedule Your Service
You can book online or by simply calling us at 503-841-6460. We encourage booking at least one week in advance as we tend to fill up quickly. We offer a waitlist for those who would like to wait for last-minute cancellations. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, but you will not be charged until after your service.

Cancellations &
No-Shows
We have a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. If you cannot make your appointment, please call immediately. Any appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50%, and any no-call/no-shows will be charged for their full service.

Our Check-In Procedure
Please feel free to arrive 10-15 early to enjoy complimentary tea. You will receive a digital health intake and privacy policy form before your appointment. Please complete this before arrival to ensure a thorough review by your practitioner. Our intakes require thoughtful responses, and we ask that they are given adequate time to be filled out.

Clothing & Attire
During your appointment, we suggest you undress to your comfort level. Your practitioner will have the top sheet and blanket while you lay on the table. Your practitioner will only uncover the areas of your body they’re working on during your massage. Certain modalities will be fully clothed; we recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing.

Accepted Payments & Gratuity
Payment may be made with cash or a card. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. If you have a card on file, you may use it to pay or use a different payment method. Our service rates do not include gratuity. We suggest a 20% gratuity for services, which is very appreciated.

Free Street Parking & Directions
We are located on the corner of SE Hawthorne and 14th. There is plenty of free street parking. We are open for all service-based appointments or browsing around our retail space.

As of April 3rd, 2023, we are now a “mask optional” facility.
We understand safety concerns for our high-risk clientele and want to let you know that we are more than happy to accommodate mask requests for our staff.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS AND WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are open seven days a week. Our hours are 10AM - 8PM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 10AM - 6PM on Saturdays & Sundays. We are closed on Tuesdays. You can find us at the corner of SE Hawthorne and 14th at 1413 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR 97214. There is plenty of free street parking.
We are open for service appointments and for browsing our store.
HOW DO I BOOK A SERVICE?
You can book online through our Booking Portal or call us at 503-841-6460. We encourage booking one week in advance as we tend to book quickly. We offer a waitlist for those who want to wait for last-minute cancellations. We require a credit card to hold your appointment, but you will not be charged until after your service.
DO YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
We no longer accept insurance (health insurance and MVA/PIP) for our services.
If you want to see our providers out of pocket, we are happy to provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance.
DO YOU ACCEPT (HSA) OR (FSA)?
Yes, we accept Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. Before your visit, please verify the following:
- Is Manual Therapy/Massage therapy covered?
- Do you need a prescription from your physician?
- Is there a limit to how much you can use for Manual/Massage Therapy?
HOW DO I DO A SELF-SUBMISSION FOR INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT?
You can submit a claim to your insurance to get reimbursed for the service. Check with your insurance carrier to see if massage therapy is covered and if they accept self-submission. If you would like to pay for your service out of pocket and bill your insurance, we would happily help you and provide a superbill, which you can submit with your claim.
